The Dow family are deeply saddened to announce that Gordon, loving husband to Edna, father to Sandy and Colin, Grandad to Conor, Rachael, Eilidh and Holly, father-in-law to Michelle, Lorraine and Claire passed away at home peacefully on Thursday, 22 August 2024.  The funeral will be held on Wednesday, 4 September at 11 am at St John’s Kirk in Perth to which all family and friends are invited.

The family would like to thank everyone for their kind wishes and messages of support at this difficult time. Special thanks to Bridge of Earn District Nurses & Avenue Carers to fulfil Gordon's wishes to stay at home.

Family and friends are invited to join in the celebration of Gordon’s life and wide-ranging achievements both personally and professionally during his time living and working in both Fife and Perth and Kinross.

Gordon was a character to say the least and I am sure many friends will have stories about his life throughout the years and the family would love to hear these.
