"Big John"
John passed away peacefully at Blackpool Victoria Hospital on 22nd August 2026, aged 92.
Beloved brother to Philip, Uncle to Michael, Julie, Chrissie, Sarah-Jane, Helena, Great Uncle to Sean, William and Charlie, he was much loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A funeral for John will take place on Friday 18th September, 11.00am at Carleton Crematorium.
A celebration of John's life will continue afterwards at the Castle Gardens Hotel, Carleton.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Dementia UK.
