It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Russell Henry Marchant, who left us peacefully at the age of 73 years on Saturday 22nd August 2026 at Royal Gwent Hospital. Russell will be remembered for his spirit, his devotion to those around him, and the many lives he touched with kindness.
Russell's life was rich with love, laughter, and cherished memories that will remain in our hearts forever. His legacy lives on through the family and friends who hold him dearly.
The service will take place on Thursday 17th September 2026 at 14:30 pm at Langstone Vale Cemetery.
After the service, family invites the attendees to join them at the Liswerry & Nash Constitutional Club for light refreshments.
Family flowers only; the donations in lieu can be made to St David's Hospice, an act of kindness in Russell's memory.
