Susan Jane Tobin - passed away peacefully on Sunday 22nd September 2024 aged 75 years. Deeply missed and loved by all her family and many friends around the world.
The funeral service is to be held at West Herts Crematorium (North Chapel) Garston on Friday 18th October at 11.30am UK time (map below). Family flowers only, donations if desired can be made to The Hospice of St Francis, who provided wonderful care to Sue in her final weeks, via the Just Giving link below or the donation box on the day.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held immediately after the service at The Chequers Inn (map below) where Sue enjoyed many meals with family and friends.
