Our Henry affectionately known as H passed away peacefully at Cameron House Bury on 22nd September 2025 aged 83 years with his daughter Wendy by his side. H was very proud of his family.
Henry was always the life and soul of the party and will be missed by his family Daughters Wendy, and Eva, Son in Law Simon. Grandchildren Luke, Lucie, Daniel, Olivia and Hunter and Great Grandchildren Amelia, Jake, Luca and Noah .
Henry was also a founder member of the Polish Social Centre in Bury and for many years worked as a barber in the town centre at Philby's Barber Shop. He came to the UK in the 1950's with his parents displaced by the war from Poland born in Austria the family lived in Doddingron Park Crewe in a refugee camp before moving to Bury where they settled and worked but he never forgot his Polish roots.
