It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Mr Nathan Leonard Keith Dziedziela, on the 22nd September 2025 aged 33 years
Nathan will be hugely missed by his family and friends, and all those who knew and loved him
Donations on the day of the service can be made in Nathan's memory to Critical Care Unit at The Grange University Hospital
