It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jan on 22nd October aged 79 years.
She was the heart of the family - a devoted wife, a cherished mother and a proud, doting nan. Her kindness, warmth and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her.
She filled our lives with love, laughter and endless support. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
Funeral to take place on Friday 21st November at The Garden of England Crematorium at 12pm.
Following Jan's wishes, family flowers only please, but charitable donations would be greatly appreciated.
