It is with heavy hearts we announce, Zak Mitchell, aged 9 years old sadly passed away with his loving family around him.
A beautiful son to Danny & Kirsty, a special brother to Tyler. A loving grandson and nephew.
Zak will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.
Danny & Kirsty ask for all attending Zak's day that you wear football shirts, scarfs, hats and flags to honour Zak and his love of football and for Manchester United. In true Zak fashion, we request no Liverpool shirts in honour of his strong dislike of the club.
Donations in memory of Zak are going to a charity very close to Danny & Kirsty, Liverpool Chics. Donation's can be made via the link below and a donation's box will be located at the exit of chapel. Recieved with many thanks.
