Will friends and family please meet for a Service to commemorate Anne's life at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday December 16th at 10:30am
Donations, if so desired and in lieu of flowers, will be gratefully accepted by the family on behalf of St. Benedict's Hospice and a donation box will be provided as you leave the Crematorium
