Ann sadly passed away at home surrounded by her family on Sunday 22nd December.
She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all her family & friends.
The cortege will be leaving from Llys Nant y Mynydd approx 12.15pm
for anyone wanting to pay their respects to Ann and her family before the service.
