Ann passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side.
A wonderful wife to the late Stephen. Much loved mum of Martin, Simon and the late Gary & Carol. Much loved too by daughter in law Nicky. A very special Grandma to Shane, Jason, Jack, Amy, Jonathan and the late Jessica.
A kind & caring lady who will be very missed by everyone who knew her.
