Patrick passed away peacefully on 23rd July 2024 at home aged 82 years.
Patrick was loved by all and will be missed by many.
Service shall be held at Chanterlands crematorium on Friday 9th August in large chapel at 10.30am.
Family flowers only please by request but dontations if so desired may be left to Patricks chosen charity at the end of the service.
