Eva Sadly passed away on Saturday 23rd November at Westbourne Care Home. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends
Donations if desired are to Dementia UK a Donation box will be available at the service on the day provided by Griffiths and Booth.
And all are welcome to join the family after the service at The Military Arms , 28 Congleton Road, Sandbach.
