Celebrating the Life of Patricia Ann Moon, aged 80.
With deep sadness, we say goodbye to Pat who was a cherished Mum, Grandmother, Sister, Auntie, and friend. Pat’s beautiful smile, caring heart, and playful, sassy spirit brightened the lives of everyone who knew her.
A devoted Mum to Gary, Debbie, Tracey, Mandy, and Jenny, she also loved her grandchildren dearly. Her laughter, kindness, and love of bright colours - especially pinks and purples, made every moment with her special.
Family and friends are warmly invited to celebrate Pat’s life on the 23rd December:

Saffron Hill Cemetery: 11:15 am
Guests are encouraged to wear something colourful in her memory, reflecting the joy she brought to all.
