It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that Gemma and I notify you of the death of our beloved mum, Marion Hilary Faith Bishop. She passed away peacefully on 23rd December 2025, in Southampton General Hospital.
Mum had been managing a chronic lung condition for some time. Due to a recent acute exacerbation and despite the best efforts of the medical team, her condition deteriorated unexpectedly, and she passed away surrounded by loving family.
Mum was a bright light and dear friend to many. She will be greatly missed.
To anyone who knew her and would like to pay their respects, details of the service are below.
