James passed peacefully at Langlands at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital on 24th April 2026 aged 86.
A loving husband of Jane, beloved father of Simon, Jonathan, Dominic and Lucy and grandfather of Tom, Isobel, Eva, James, Oliver, Zoě and Marlow.
Requiem Mass at 10.00 at St Andrews RC Church, Bearsden thereafter to Bishopbriggs Crematorium at 11.30.
