David died peacefully on Saturday 24th May 2025. He maintained his keen sense of the world, despite his dementia, until the very end.
He was a generous and kind man, much loved by his friends and family. Despite withdrawing from the world as he aged he still maintained a keen sense of humour and particularly enjoyed a country walk even if he was a bit wobbly at times.
He will be hugely missed by his wife of 58 years Diana, his sons Russell and Bruce, his grandsons Thomas and Ben and all his family and friends.
May he rest in peace.
