Passed away peacefully at the University Hospital of Wales.
A funeral service will take place on Thursday 12th June in Cardiff and Glamorgan Memorial Park at 1pm.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, would be appreciated for the RNLI.
