Derek Balfrey Pratt passed away at Great Western Hospital on 24th May 2026, aged 91. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him. A funeral will take place at West Berkshire Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd June at 12.30pm. No flowers please. Donations in Derek's memory can be made to Parkinson's UK.
