Dave sadly passed away at home on Monday 24th June aged 65.
Dave will be deeply missed by his loving family and all who knew and loved him.
A funeral service for Dave will take place on Wednesday 10th July, 2pm at Carleton Crematorium.
To honour Dave's love of Man Utd, the family will be wearing Man Utd shirts or red. Anybody who wishes to join in with this is encouraged to do so.
No flowers please, donations in lieu can be made to 'North West Cancer Research'.
