Known as Mac to all friends and family. Mac passed peacefully with loved ones by his side. The family wish to welcome you to join them to say goodbye to Mac and then return to the Branston Golf Club in Burton on Trent to celebrate Mac's life. Black need not be worn. Donations to St Giles preferred to flowers.
