It is with deep sadness to announce Sylvia passed away on Friday 24th July 2026, at Manchester Royal Infirmary Hospital, aged 89 years.
Beloved wife of Ernest and mother to Michael Susan and Darren. Sylvia will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
Sylvia's favourite colour was lilac, so we would be grateful if you could try and wear a hint of lilac
