It is with sadness we announce the death of Hayley Dawn Green. Hayley's funeral service will be held on Tuesday 30th September, at Mercia Forest Crematorium at 12 noon.
Donations are accepted in Hayley's memory to 38 Hilton Lane, The Cabin and the Drama department at CAPP. These charities were so close to Hayley's heart.
May she rest in peace.
