It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father Carmel Joseph Muscat.
Joe touched the lives of so many and strived to make a difference everywhere he went.
As he always said "live life with love and passion."
He will be sorely missed by all.
The family understand that Heston, London is a long way for some to travel and respect everyone's decision if they can come or not. They know Joe is in your thoughts.
Joe actively supported 3 charities if you wish to leave them a donation in his memory.
