It is with great sadness to announce the passing of my beautiful daughter Emma.
Emma will be greatly missed by all her family and friends after a long battle with cancer. Taken too soon but engraved on our hearts forever.
Emma wished for donations to be made to WWF via the below link, also Wisteria Cat Charity and Wisdom Hospice via donation box on the day of the funeral.
The wake will be held at The Knowle Country House Higham Rochester at 2.15pm all welcome
