Sadly passed away at Woodside House Care Home, Norwich on 25th May 2024 aged 76.
Loving wife to late husband Gordon (Mick). Much loved Mum of Glen and the late Neil. Special nanny to Steven & Aaron and great nanny to Indie & Asher.
The funeral service in celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday 25th June 2024 at Gorleston Crematorium at 11.30am.
All flowers welcome, however donations would be preferred in favour of Dementia UK which may be taken at the service or made via the lonk here on the funeral notice for Pat.
