On 25th May 2026, Dr. Elizabeth Duncan Carter, a valued Doctor of Dermatology, passed away peacefully at Abbeyfield care home, Clitheroe, aged 79 years. Elizabeth was the beloved wife of Geoff, cherished mother of Jeremy, Sian and Louise, dearly loved mother-in-law of Petra and treasured grandmother of Freya, Luke, Willow and Max.
