It is with deep regret and sadness that family announce the passing of Philip John Frost, known affectionately by family and close friends as 'Phil'. A beloved husband to Meng and father to Mike, Tony, Sharon and Lorraine. Phil passed away on Sunday 25th August 2024, aged 77 in St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, Surrey.
