We are very sad to announce that our Dad, Tom O'Connor has died.
He passed away surrounded by his children, following a respiratory Illness.
Tom was a loving father, who doted on his children & will be sadly missed by his family & friends.
In Lieu of flowers, Dad would like a donation to a charity close to his heart - Harefield & Brompton hospital - details below.
Dad would love for as many of his friends & family to attend the service as possible, so please help us share this message to anyone that you feel would like to attend.
