It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Elvira, who passed away on Saturday 26th April, at the age of 71.
Dearest daughter, sister, cousin,
Loving wife, mother, grandmother and loyal friend.
Gone too soon.
We loved her and will forever cherish her memory in our hearts.
Elvira had a lifelong passion for animal welfare, especially for cats.
One of her greatest joys was rescuing, rehoming cats in need and nurturing them back to good health. Her compassion and dedication made a lasting difference in the lives of so many animals.
Floral tributes are welcome, alternatively, donations can be made to our chosen charity, Cats Protection, via the link, in Elvira’s memory. This charity continues the work she cared about so deeply during her life.

É com profunda tristeza que comunicamos o falecimento da Elvira, que faleceu no sábado, dia 26 de abril, com 71 anos de idade.
Querida filha, irmã, prima,
Esposa, mãe, avó e amiga leal.
Partiu demasiado cedo.
Nós amávamo-la e guardaremos para sempre a sua memória nos nossos corações.
A Elvira teve uma paixão para toda a vida pelo bem-estar dos animais, especialmente pelos gatos. Uma das suas maiores alegrias era resgatar e realojar gatos necessitados e cuidar deles para que recuperassem a saúde. A sua compaixão e dedicação fizeram uma diferença duradoura na vida de muitos animais.
As homenagens florais são bem-vindas, em alternativa, podem ser feitos donativos à nossa instituição de caridade escolhida, a Cats Protection, através da ligação, em memória de Elvira. Esta instituição continua o trabalho com que ela se preocupou tão profundamente durante a sua vida.
