Following a stroke and challenges with the onset of dementia, Pat passed away quickly and peacefully at home with her family around her on 26th November 2023, aged 79 years.
She was a real sweetheart and will be sadly missed by her loving family and all who knew her.
Flowers are welcome at AG Staplefords Funeral Directors, 10 West Street, Portchester, Fareham, Hampshire PO16 9UZ if preferred, or donations also very welcome instead to Alzheimer’s Research to help further research into Alzheimers and Dementia.
