With great sadness we announce the passing of David Andrew (Dave) Chapman, at Halton Haven Hospice, Runcorn, surrounded by his girls.
Much loved Dad to Heather and Kirsty, loving companion of Gaynor, adored Grandad of Lori, Isabella, Gabriella, Estelle and Max and Great Grandad to Koah and Emmy. Beloved brother of the late Joe, also a dear Uncle and Friend to many.
Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired in memory of Dave to Halton Haven Hospice would be gratefully received.
