It is with deep sadness that we annouce the peaceful passing of Nellie, our beloved Nan and friend to all whose lives she touched, on the 27th of March 2024, aged 100 years.
She left us while sleeping at her residence, where she has lived happily for the past 4 years - Tudor Lodge, Burnham, Somerset. The family are eternally grateful for the care she received while there.
Predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob) and daughter (Cherry).
Nell, as she liked to be known, lived a full life, a wonderful cook, seamstress and life long member of the Keep Fit Association - who she credited for reaching her 100th birthday.
Cherished Nan to Melanie, Mandy and Nigel, Great Nan (Nanny Bob) to Jonathan, Natasha, Gemma, Sophia, James and Robert and Great Great Nan to Finley and Archie.
She will be sadly missed by friends and family.
