Beloved husband of Anne, dad of Catherine and Richard, and Pops of Josh & Evie.
The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 16th September 2025 at West Lancashire Crematorium, Pippin Street, Ormskirk, L40 7SP
Donations can be made in memory of David to Macmillan.
