Died peacefully 27th September in Castle Hill Hospital, aged 74.
Loving wife to Tom, beloved mum to Louisa and the late Robert, Nana to Matilda and dear friend to many.
A celebration of her life will take place at Hambleton Crematorium, Maple Park on Thursday 23rd October at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please. Please dress in bright colours.
Donations in memory of Pauline will be shared between The British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK.
