Will friends and family please meet for a Service to commemorate John's life at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday November 25th at 1pm.
Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully accepted by the family on behalf of both Prostate Cancer UK and the Neonatol Unit at S.R.H. and a donation box will be provided as you leave the Crematorium.
