It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvyn Clayton Agnew Baskerville, who sadly passed away on Wednesday 27th November 2024, aged 80 years.
Melvyn will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
The funeral service will take place at North Oxfordshire Crematorium on Wednesday 8th January, at 2pm.
The family have requested family flowers only and donations, if desired, may be made to the MND Association.
