It is with deepest sadness that Hazel's family announce her passing. Hazel sadly passed away at home, with family members present on Thursday 27 November 2025 aged 82 years.
She will be greatly missed by her brother George, Daughter Heather, Son Darren, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren .
Born and bred in Mansfield, she moved to York with her husband Brian after getting Married in St John's Church, which has played a large part in her life.
They returned in 1972. She lost her husband Brian in 1985, who was her soul mate. worked as a sterile service technician for 27 years retiring at 63.
Enjoying every free moment, on day trips and holidays, going to the theatre, and panto every year. spending precious time with her family, who were her world.
