Pat passed away at Queen Alexandra Hospital on the 28th February 2024 aged 74 years.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family flowers only please, however donations if desired in Pat's memory is to benefit Parkinsons UK. Donations can be made by clicking the link at the top of the page.
