Passed away peavefully at the Bristol Royal Infirmary aged 69 years.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remebered by all of his family and friends.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 8th April, 12.45pm at Canford Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in David's memory can be made to the Royal British Legion or Macmillan Cancer Support if desired.
