Joan passed away peacefully at Westlands Care Home in Teignmouth, on the 28th of February 2026, she was 97 years old. She will be much missed by her family, friends and those who knew her for her ready smile and generosity of spirit.
No flowers please, perhaps you would like to make a charitable gift instead, donations in memory of Joan will support the vital work of: AGE UK, and may be made via the facility on this notice.
If you have one or two favourite pictures of Mum/Joan then please bring them to share.
The plan is for those who wish to stay after the service we shall meet at the Barn Owl at Kingskerswell where we have a small room reserved (we can always spill out if more space is needed)
