It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Lesley Adams, peacefully at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd on the 28th of June at the age of 77. Beloved wife to Charlie. Daughter to the late Leslie and Muriel Davies. Much loved Mother to Ian and Jenny, Sister to Paula and a beloved Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Lesley will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A service for Lesley will be held on Monday the 20th of July at St Asaph Crematorium, LL17 0LG at 3pm. No flowers please, but donations in her memory will be gratefully received to Parkinson's UK.
