Denise and Gabriella share the sad news that Michael "Denis" Murtagh passed away peacefully at home on 28 July 2026, aged 61.
Denis was a deeply loved husband, father, relative and dear friend to many. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, 2 September at 10:00am at Our Lady & St Michael Catholic Church, followed by the committal at the North Chapel, West Herts Crematorium at 11:30am.
Following the service, close family and friends are warmly invited to join Denise and Gabriella for refreshments in Our Lady & St Michael’s Church Hall.
If you wish to make a donation in Denis’ memory, donations may be made directly to either The Brain Tumour Charity or Rennie Grove Peace Hospice.
The family would like to thank everyone for their kindness, love and support at this sad time.
