Fay sadly passed away at Abbey House Nursing Home on 29th May aged 92 years. She will be very sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Fay's funeral service is being held at Woking Crematorium on Thursday 20th June. All are welcome.
Flowers welcome or if preferred donations can be made to 'Alzheimers Society', a charity close to the family's heart directly via the link on this funeral notice.
