It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of David Leonard Tennison, aged 81, on 29th June 2025. Devoted husband to Eileen, father of Anita, Helen, Michael, Maria and David, grandfather of Josh, Sam, Sophie, Tom, George, Callum, Emily, William, Ethan and Beau, great grandfather of Isla, Nellie and Vinnie, and friend to many.
David's funeral mass will take place at St Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Gardenia Avenue on Monday 11th August at 11:30am, with the burial taking place at The Vale Cemetery, Luton at 1pm. David's Celebration of Life will take place at St Joseph's Club, Gardenia Avenue afterwards.
David's family have asked in lieu of flowers that donations be made to The Royal British Legion. Donations can be made via the link on this page, direct on the British Legion website or there will be donation boxes provided on the day.
We kindly ask that you let us know whether you will be attending his Celebration of Life. Your response will help us ensure that we can cater accordingly and provide a welcoming environment for all who wish to join in remembering and honouring his legacy.
