Lydia passed away peacefully with Keith and Ann by her side.
A loving Mam to Keith and Ann, Stephen and Fiona, beloved Grandma to Jamie and Laura, Danny and Lauren, Ross and Chloe, Emma.
Great Grandma to Rosie, Riley, Eleri and Finley.
A service to be held at South Shields Crematorium Monday 27th July at 11:15am, we will continue to celebrate Lydia's life after the service at Harton Welfare Club, South Shields.
No flowers by request, donations in lieu will be gratefully received to be shared between Alzheimers and Diabetes Charities, a donation box will be provided as you exit the Crematorium.
Lydia is now back with her beloved husband Alfie xxx
No black please, wear what you are comfortable in and a splash of colour as Lydia wished.
