Doreen passed away peacefully at Newton Court Care Home on 29th July 2026, aged 97.
A much-loved lady who will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. Doreen had a lifelong love of horses, finding joy and comfort in their beauty and gentle nature.
She also enjoyed her time at Reaseheath College learning the art of dairying from the age of 16 eventually qualifying as a Dairy Bacreriologist.
Donations, if desired, will be gratefully received in Doreen's memory for The Horse Trust.
The family warmly invite you to join them for a reception at the Care Home following the service.
