Passed away peacefully at University Hospital of Wales on 30th January aged 78.
Funeral service to be held on Thursday 27th February in Cardiff & Glamorgan Memorial Park at 11am.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, would be appreciated for Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital.
