Patrick passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on Sunday 30th March 2025 aged 64.
Patrick will be so sadly missed by his wife Donna and his children, Catherine, Harry and Olivia, and all of his family and friends.
You are all warmly invited to join them at Clandon Wood Natural Burial Ground on Wednesday 23rd April 2025 at 2pm and afterwards at Jevington, South Road, Guildford, GU2 9NY.
As per Patrick's wishes, no flowers please.
