It is with deep sadness we announce that Ann passed away at home on Wednesday 30th April, aged 69.
Ann will be greatly missed by her loving husband Steve, her daughter Holly, her family and friends and all those that knew her.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Monday 9th June at 10.30am, in the Braccan Chapel.
Family flowers only for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, may be made to Breast Cancer UK, via the link below, in memory of Ann.
